Meet Blossom Brawley!!
This is Ava's cat. Blossom is four years old and we got her yesterday at the Oregon Humane Society.
Making herself at home
Keeping watch over Daddy while he naps. Within two hours of being home she was already snuggling with me on the couch voluntarily. She really is such a sweet kitty.

umm.... i just have to think you did this for your kid. right? right? i was just thinking today that i am missing you all and how much i wish we could see you. but now that you have a cat, i'm not so sure i am anymore. hahahha! im kidding. what a fun addition. i hope she is everything ava wishes her to be.
and i think you need to get jon a longer napping couch. tell him he can come over and sleep on ours. i just had a lovely 5 minute "cat"nap on it.
your house looks so warm and inviting- and its weird b/c i think the cat adds to it! i love cats and i think every girl should have one at some point in her life. what a sweet gift for Ava!!
