You could make strawberry shortcake. I've never been to Oregon, so I can't say whether or not I'd want to move there. I'd like to visit someday though.

Louise planted ever bearing strawberries this past Spring and boy oh boy are they ever-bearing...this is a 2 pint container and we left some on the plants...
