Coit Tower


There she is!

The inside was covered in beautiful murals all about California

The plaque inside the tower--it was the first Western telegraph station in 1858.

Did you know your grandfather was stationed at Treasure Island for a short time in WW2? That isle is under the Oakland Bay bridge.

Why does John look so warm and fuzzy in front of that mural? Did it stir up fond memories?
